Autumn.

A blog post! A miracle, I know. Sorry for the delay, just been completely bombarded with work and fun. Haven't had a chance to just sit and blog for a bit in a while so here I am!!

I want to take a moment to thank all of you for reading this as I just looked at my stats recently and I've had over 1,000 hits!! Pretty fantastic if I do so say myself. So thank you all very much!

Anyway I've basically decided to catch up in three posts. This one is just going to be about the little things I've been up to and some photos I've been taking. So here we go!

Brandon Flowers at the Brixton Academy. Incredible.

A view of the theatre. Absolutely beautiful. Looked as if you were outdoors at an Italian amphitheater, although it was inside.

The view outside my window as dark, dark clouds rolled in.

One of the galleries I went to recently was the Hayward Gallery in Southbank. They had an incredible exhibition on called "Move: Choreographing You" that was all about interacting with the art and the space we were in.

The future of cinema: an amazing room filled with nine screens all telling one story. Beautifully done,  an incredibly unique film experience.

A climbing section of the exhibit...

Wicked at the Apollo Victoria...

The amazing and intimate Paul Smith at Rough Trade Records in Brick Lane.

Got to meet him and everything, wonderful guy.

Went and saw one of my favourite silent films Metropolis restored and on the big screen. Incredible experience, saw sections of the film that hadn't been released yet.
Also went to the beautiful Hyde Park and stumbled upon some surreal but awesome Anish Kapoor sculptures.

It was fantastic being there with the feel of autumn in the air and the leaves turning colours...

And then I got to see the amazing Banksy film "Exit Through The Gift Shop" for free under a bridge covered in graffiti. A perfect setting for the film.

Walked into my room one evening to it looking like this, and I loved the lighting so much I had to take a photo.

So those are some of the little things! Coming up next, Frieze Art Fair and the stuff I've been working on.

Stay Tuned...

  2. She's not very convincing, is she...... :)

WELL, I am so THRILLED to see another blog post and more pics! You, my friend, are really getting around! Looks like you're going nonstop and taking in as much as possible! Can't say I blame you - let's see, you've been waiting for this for how many years? Nineteen? GO LIAM!!!

So BFlow... obviously... looked amazing - especially at that gorgeous theater! Wow! The Hayward Gallery looked really interesting too, but the "green" photo nearly stopped my heart! I could NOT have done that! I love all your fall pics, especially the close-up of the changing leaves with the water in the background. WHAT A LIFE!!! I am thrilled for you and look forward to see what's going on with the school end of things too!

    Lots of Love!!! xoxoxo

  3. Thanks Megan!!!! I know it's been constant around here! Gah! But I'm so so so so happy.

I know, when I first looked into those two green walls I was like "No. Way." But then I eventually did it, and it was pretty awful. A really odd feeling. But it helped that you could see an end to it looking both ways so I gor through there quick haha. And thanks again for the compliments on my photos! And don't worry, next post will be all about my work...
